How does VirtualLogger work?

We install a state-of-the-art digital recording system at your call center. We offer  free offsite archiving and easy playback. We can also provide on-site storage if you prefer. Either option comes with browser-based retrieval and playback - giving you and your clients access from anywhere. Integrated evaluation forms with form development tools, screen capture, speech recognition-based audio data mining, and automated or live agent quality monitoring are  also available.

You pay  a nominal install fee and monthly service fees. After a twelve month initial  term, you can keep the service as long as you like. Our annual price reduction policy keeps our pricing competitive - even vs. long-term ownership scenarios.  And, because maintenance and service are included, you never have to worry  about upgrades or obsolescence. We'll even replace the entire system if your technology changes (for example, you switch to VOIP).
