How does the Universal Upgrade Work?

We load a small application that captures the call detail information used for searching and retrieval of calls and load that into our database.  We can also transfer your recordings to our Recording Warehouse or leave them at your site.

From then, you use our web-based interface to search.  Our web-based technology finds the recording wherever it is, and streams it to your users’ workstations from your location or ours.
