The VirtualLogger Trade Up Plan is designed to help contact centers offset the "forklift upgrade" required by many existing call recording vendors. Because VirtualLogger offers a "pay as you go" "Software as a Service" model, the set up fees normally required for a VirtualLogger system are much less - sometimes hundreds of thousands of dollars less - than the cost of conventional systems. Under the VirtualLogger Trade Up plan the set up fee could be eliminated entirely.

A simple description of the make, model and year of the existing recording or quality monitoring system along with the type and number of telephones used is all that's required to find out if a contact center qualifies for the VirtualLogger Trade Up plan. Most recording systems from NICE, Witness, Verint, Mercom, eTalk, Envision, VoicePrint, Higher Ground, ASC and Wygant will qualify as well as lesser known brands. Any system using AI-Logix SmartWorks recording interface cards will qualify. The recording system does not necessarily have to work properly, but non-functioning recorders will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Credits will vary in value from $50 to $150 per recorded line or agent.
