The Big Score™ Offers Up to $300 Per Team to Demonstrate the Power of VirtualScore™

Call center managers often emphasize teamwork among their agents, and also the importance of keeping an upbeat attitude and managing the stress of a what’s often a difficult job. A new VirtualLogger program offers support for all these goals, while demonstrating the power of its VirtualScore quality management program.

VirtualLogger LLC today announces “The Big Score”, offering sponsorships for company teams involved in organized competition in their communities. Under the new program, VirtualLogger will pay up to $300 for uniforms, recreational outings and other activities for any qualified team made up of call center employees. The program is available for teams in any well-recognized sport, including softball, bowling, volleyball, soccer, basketball, and others. To participate in The Big Score, teams agree to post their game schedules and track their results using the VirtualScore web-based quality management system. The VirtualScore system makes it easy for users to enter any kind of activity – whether that’s a game, a customer call or an email or chat session – and then “score” the activity, using a customized evaluation form. Users can even import files into their records, such as pictures of the game, or in the case of call center activity, supporting documents associated with a call.

The Big Score” is designed to demonstrate the power and flexibility of VirtualScore, the web-based evaluation tool from VirtualLogger.
