Founded in 1996, VirtualLogger has a long history of innovation. We "invented" the automated Third Party Verification market by introducing an IVR-driven verification process when all other vendors were offering live agent options only. That concept was so successful that we earned an entry in INC magazine's Top 500 Fastest Growing Companies two years in a row.
With a documented retention rate of 99.99998% over 10 years and 100 million recordings, we decided to take that expertise in call recording and record retention into the general call recording and quality monitoring market. After selling off our third party verification business, VirtualLogger is now totally focused on call recording and quality monitoring for call centers and other businesses, and offers a broad array of services including call recording, quality assurance and speech analytics.
