VirtualView  is the visual companion to VirtualLogger. Now you can see what your agents  are doing while monitoring their calls. VirtualView  provides a very small application that runs on your agent's workstations, capturing screen activity in full-motion video. Screen capture is performed only when the agent's audio is also being recorded. The resulting video and audio files are then consolidated on the recorder for integrated retrieval and playback. There's  also an option called VirtualSmartView, which not only captures the video,  but also tracks what applications your agents are using, how much time they spend with those applications, what data they enter and other performance metrics that  allow you to diagnose agent productivity issues more intelligently.
