How does VirtualPath work?
You reroute your inbound 800 calls or outbound dialer calls to our Operations Center "no-single- point-of-failure" high availability platform. On the inbound side, we use the DNIS information to route the call to you; for outbound, we "listen" for your dialed digits. Either way, we're now in the middle of the call and able to record all your calls - without any equipment at your site!
Your recordings are securely stored in our high-availability system for easy, Web-based or phone retrieval. We can even provide integrated scoring tools, screen capture, speech recognition- based audio data mining and automated or live-agent third party quality monitoring.
Except for a small one-time setup fee and a nominal monthly access fee, you pay only for your scheduled monitoring time. And you can cancel at any time. In a hurry? Nothing will get you recording faster.
