How does VirtualMonitor work?
VirtualMonitor is revolutionary - a recording and monitoring system that records remotely with no recorder or software at your site.
Using the same state-of-the-art recording system we deploy in our VirtualLogger system, VirtualMonitor accesses the "service observe" ports on your PBX from our network operations center in Denver, CO. You control the sampling schedule that selects the agents and times to be monitored, and the system automatically does the rest. (Don't worry if your PBX doesn't support remote access or you don't have a PBX; we can handle that.)
Your recordings are securely stored in our high-availability system for easy, Web-based retrieval. We can even provide integrated scoring tools, screen capture, speech recogniton-based audio data mining and automated or live-agent third party quality monitoring.
Except for a small one-time setup fee and a nominal monthly access fee, you pay only for your scheduled monitoring time. And you can cancel at any time. In a hurry? Nothing will get you going faster.
